The service desk man was cold and indifferent to me. I was told, “Make yourself at home.” That was it. I was scolded for parking in the lot instead of bringing my car to the bay — no one told me where to leave the car when I scheduled the appointment and I’ve never had any service work done at Orr Cadillac, how should I know where to put my car? No one explained the repair or what was being done to my car (it was a recall). All in all I was made to feel like a nuisance. When took my previous vehicle to Parker, they always made me feel like they were so glad to see me. I will be taking my business back to Parker with my next vehicle purchase. It’s farther away from home, but the superior customer service is worth it. More

My milage dropped 5 mpg after they did software update . I have notified them , they have given me no solutions . The work was under warrenty when a check engine light came on. Bought a car in March, mentioned a slip on the transmission during the test drive. We were told they would check it out and make sure it was good, it needs a new transmission now, quoted $8,000 fo transmission during the test drive. We were told they would check it out and make sure it was good, it needs a new transmission now, quoted $8,000 for the transmission on a vehicle purchased for $13,000. This needs to be fixed Ralph the service manager is amazing. Service center has been great besides never receiving a car detail during our oil changes which was told was part of the oil change service when purchasing a car through them. More
