I just bought a new 2500 3/4 ton truck, it was set up for gooseneck trailer towing when I was looking truck over . After I got home I could not find the trailer ball to use to pull a trailer. I called my sal gooseneck trailer towing when I was looking truck over . After I got home I could not find the trailer ball to use to pull a trailer. I called my salesman to advise I needed my trailer ball for gooseneck hookup. He then advised I would have to pay an additional 300.00. I just spent 60,000.00 on a new truck. I am extremely unhappy with his response to my complaint, basically excuses. If I had known this before, I would have gone somewhere else. I advised your salesman of my displeasure. I am a high level manager that operates a vehicle in the Motus program, we buy hundreds of trucks annually to maintain compliance. Please know that I am going to post this experience to all of our staff about this dealership. I am sorry, but customer service seems to be lacking in this instance. Jeff Ray More

My car broke down on I40 and thankfully, it was near fort smith. I had it towed to Orr and met Randy, who took care of us like we were regular customers. He took over and assured us that our car would be r smith. I had it towed to Orr and met Randy, who took care of us like we were regular customers. He took over and assured us that our car would be repaired and helped us get on with our trip to Arizona so we could be with family for Christmas. He kept us informed about the repair, and it was done when he said it would be. This is after we called several other G.M repair shops we could find and was told by all of them they couldn’t even look at the car for at least a week. I am so thankful to all of the employees there that were so kind to us, especially Randy. More
