Franklin Marin. Nailed with his knowledge and customer service. He saves the deal when I was about to leave and do business at another dealer . When my wife and I arrived to the showroom at the dealership the receptionist was so rude that she wouldn’t welcome us or at least have eyed contact with us . After being in the showroom for about 5 minutes I have to go chase for someone to help us . I gave 5 starts for my sales rep Franklyn Marin but 0 starts for the dealership customer service. Franklyn Marin is the only reason I bought my vehicle there since i could have bought it at any other Chevrolet dealership. More
