Customer service is top notch! I bought a used car from otto that had a small issue. Without question they drove 2 hours to pick the car up, left me with a very nice loaner and dro I bought a used car from otto that had a small issue. Without question they drove 2 hours to pick the car up, left me with a very nice loaner and dropped the car off. I can't name another dealer that cares that much about their customers. I am willing to out of my way (2hrs one way) to purchase my next vehicle from otto cadillac!! More
