I have purchased my last 5 cars from Otto and I have always received good service. I did bring in my car for the same problem last Summer ,this time they were able to detect the problem with the air con always received good service. I made an appointment for 8:30 am as I had someplace to be at 10. They were doing a test drive and so I was hoping an hour would be plenty of time. I never got out until 9:55. I believe if the car is not taken in within 10 minutes of appointment time the customer should be made aware. More
