Otto Cadillac - Service Center

Had only one issue, brought the car in for loud tire noise 3 times, each time I was told the run flat tires were known for being noisy, the car was never road tested ,at the last visit for another issue noise 3 times, each time I was told the run flat tires were known for being noisy, the car was never road tested ,at the last visit for another issue I was told the tires were defective and needed replacement, just wished they had road tested it on the first complaint.Bought it used as certified with approximately 23k miles and ended up replacing all 4 tires at 30k ,it just didn't settle well with me More
