Otto Service Appointment Awesome experience. Bill McLean always takes excellent care of us. Was easy to get a loaner vehicle since service would take 3 hours. Vehicle check in Awesome experience. They were in inventory, so tire replacement became part of the service appointment. Tires were competitively priced as well. The convenience of one stop shopping can't be overstated. Otto definitely has they're act together for both sales and service, making the customer experience the highest rating possible! More
