I brought my 2014 Cadillac SRX there for service because my key fobs we’re not staying synced with my car. First they told me I need to do fives which I ordered had them reprogrammed and that didn’t work. T my key fobs we’re not staying synced with my car. First they told me I need to do fives which I ordered had them reprogrammed and that didn’t work. Then they told me I had to pay for diagnostics to find the cost of the issue. After that, they told me it was a module which I paid to have fixed. When I went to pick my car up, it did not work. I was still having the same problem. And they told me it was the brain which I paid for it. When I went to pick the car up, it was the same issue , the problem is still not fixed. Now keep in mind they did cut me a break on some of the cost of the three items I already paid for which did not fix the issue. They did give me a loaner as well and I kept that loaner for almost a month while they went to bring in a GM specialist to find out what was going on with my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, they told me it was a module on the brain so they had to replace that again. Now my car works and I couldn’t be happier. I was not happy with paying for parts that really went broke on my car. The saving grace in Otto Cadillac was built in the service department. If it was not for Bill I probably would’ve lost my mind. Bill was always sympathetic with me, and for the most part kept me in the loop. I really appreciate his help through this whole process. Bill is the one shining star at Otto Cadillac. I have brought my car there for service for other things and everything was always handled wonderfully so I will continue to go back to Otto Cadillac service just because of Bill. More
