The executive manager, Nino, blocked my emails instead of addressing my concerns. I caution potential buyers to research thoroughly before trusting this dealership. Full review: I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the car I recently purchased from Ourisman of Woodbridge. The entire experience, from the initial purchase to the after-sales service, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their communication will be great until you sign that check, then good luck getting them to respond. Right after driving the car off the lot, the ABS light came on. But that was just the beginning of a series of problems. Less than two weeks later, the car failed to start, leaving me stranded and requiring the car to be towed. It turned out the battery, was undersized for the vehicle, which should have been caught in their “detailed inspection”. The service experience at the dealership has been equally disappointing. When I brought the car in for repairs and clearly communicated the issues beforehand, I wasted nearly six hours waiting, only to be told that the required part was out of stock. I wish they would have told me in advance since I live two hours away and could have just went home. To add insult to injury, I have been informed that the necessary part will take over a month to arrive. After telling them I wanted this car bought back and I didn’t trust what else would be wrong with it. The part was magically in and my car was ready for pick up. They also wouldn’t provide me with an offer (can’t wait to find out why they didn’t want to pawn the car off on someone else). With all these issues I couldn’t get my car inspected in Maryland so now I’ll have expired tags until I’m able to get into a shop for an inspection. After reaching out to the team, with my concerns their executive manager Nino choose to just block my email instead of responding. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential buyers considering a purchase from them. I urge you to thoroughly research and reconsider before entrusting them with your hard-earned money. More

Ike is the most based, coolest salesman there is. Truly a very helpful dude, guided me through buying my first vehicle like a pro. I drove a 7 hour round trip to and from Reading, PA for the car, and I would do the same again to deal with Ike. Whether it’s your first vehicle, second vehicle, or your tenth vehicle, the man will get it done. Also, talk to him about quail hunting! I’ve done sales my entire life, and I know when they sit you down with a “closer” to seal the deal. Usually it’s a very boring, bland person. The idea is to bore you to death so you just want to sign anything to get out of there. It’s a tactic that I find backhanded and very unflattering. Fortunately for me, and you, Delma is the exact opposite! She is probably the kindest woman in car finance! Everything was above board and well explained. As I said it was my first car, and she had a very motherly, warm attitude towards me. She truly cared, and I will stay in touch with both Delma and Ike because of their true care and approach. Delma was willing to share some of her personal life experiences with me and those of her’s with her daughter in relation to finance and credit. She is a beautiful soul and will do as much as she can to help. In summation, I would have to say Ike and Delma made my experience unique and truly special. I honestly hope to remain in contact with both of them for years to come. And I hope they feel the same, if for nothing more than the pretzels!! They are a dynamic duo, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. It sets them apart, and Lustine apart. Make sure you ask for them specifically!
