I am reporting them to the proper government agency(ies), because I want to return it. If this doesn't happen, I will seek help elsewhere. Legally all charges have to be explained prior to signing, they did no such thing. This dealership is why car salesmen get bad reputations. NEVER AGAIN!! Jeff Borakove is the one that would not answer the simple question of, "did you mention the $4,500 up charge for financing?" His response was, "it's in the paperwork." That is a negative response to avoid the truth. I hope someone teaches him that he must explain every charge prior to signing the contract. I know one thing Jeff, you will never sell a Jeep to anyone I know and I have a pretty large jeep group. Kevin Gilbert, I am sorry you were there so late and you wanted to get home....I guess you didn't realize that my 6 and 8 year old daughters wanted to get home too. Why would you all use a chemical to clean your engines that corrodes the aluminum on a $100k vehicle? I know, its pure incompetence from the management down to the car detailers. More

I'm super happy with my VW passat and would of grabbed that grand Cherokee but this used deal was to much to pass up. Mitch even ordered us pizza. My daughter loved that part... I went to two Hyundai dealerships and they don't know what customer service is. Steve told me to bring my vehicle in and he had no issues completing an oil change and tire rotation under the agreement. So easy to work with Steve. Shady Business Practices Buyers Beware! This place is shady! Let me start by saying that this is the third Jeep purchased in our family because we LOVE Jeep. With that bein Buyers Beware! This place is shady! Let me start by saying that this is the third Jeep purchased in our family because we LOVE Jeep. With that being said, Ourisman Chysler Jeep of Clarksville has been our WORST experience EVER! Finance sales manager, Danny Pak set the stage by first negotiating a deal that he reneged on the following day. We were unaware of a price increase until the papers were printed out. When Danny was questioned about the price agreed upon the night before, he couldn’t recall.. Not only did he lie, but was rude about it. Another manager was sent to speak with us with new papers in hand. He explained the breakdown of the price plus the incentives. However, the price had increased even more, right before our eyes! We left that day without the purchase of a vehicle, but returned a couple days later after the GM re-negotiated a price. We had a pre-approved loan from our bank. However, we were strongly encouraged to use their financing for an extra incentive. We agreed since we wanted to compare. Their financing came back with a 14.16 percent interest rate with an above 700 credit score! What a ripoff!!!!! Against my better judgement, we purchased the vehicle anyway using financing from our bank, but I will never purchase from here again. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!!! More
