He procured my Jeep from a different dealership, and it was in pristine conditions when I arrived. Ace was my salesman that helped with paperwork and the most informative test drive I've ever had. Ace lives the Jeep Life, and knew everything about the Wrangler I purchased. There was no question too small (or large) that he couldn't answer quickly and honestly. Finance was handled with Mitch and he made it a very clear and easy process. He explained the documents I was signing clearly and concisely, and was professional and courteous the entire time. I've never had a more satisfying experience buying a vehicle from a dealership, and I believe that was due to Justin, Ace and Mitch! More

no mechanics on staff, only computer readers There are 4 categories of people who work on cars professionally; 1) wrench turner (usually people just starting out) 2) technician (someone who only There are 4 categories of people who work on cars professionally; 1) wrench turner (usually people just starting out) 2) technician (someone who only knows to replace what the computer tells them and is lost if the computer does not know) 3) mechanic (someone who knows the cars they work on well enough to at least get close to problems with based on description) 4) master mechanic (someone who knows cars well enough that they can tell what is going on with a car based on problem description and their 5 senses). Ourisman only has technicians and wrench turners!!! We had a problem with our Grand Caravan where the van would die when first driving in the morning and still going below 30 MPH. This became dangerous for my wife as she struggled to keep the van from hitting other cars as the power steering was lost when the engine died. We took the van to Ourisman several times and they even kept the van for almost a week the last time. Every time, they stated that the computer could not find anything and they were unable to recreate the problem. the last time we picked it up, my wife drove off the lot and it died 100 meters later. They came over right away and said they still did not know what the problem was. I even did some research and gave them two possibilities based on a long history of similar problems with that model of van. They did not have the knowledge to either prove or disprove the possibilities. Each time we paid almost $200 for them to hook up a computer and read the diagnostic that nothing was wrong. DO NOT trust Ourisman with your vehicles!!! If you want a true mechanic find another shop that knows cars. We have given up on Dodge because of them and have traded in our van for a Toyota. More

Pretty painless first time car buying experience Called to see if the car was at the dealership, and 2 hours later, Jason had the car ready for a test drive. Car was purchased and on my way home in Called to see if the car was at the dealership, and 2 hours later, Jason had the car ready for a test drive. Car was purchased and on my way home in 2 hours. Jason was warm, personable, NEVER PUSHY (much appreciated). He's been salesperson of the month every month going back to 2012. He answered all my questions and made the entire process professional and pain free. My biggest disappointment was with the final business of financing. I had received a quote for financing through my own banking institution and asked the business office to get us various quotes for financing at a range of options. When I got back to do the final paperwork, they presented only ONE financing option with one institution and not at the ranges I requested. In addition, they opened an account and made me a credit union member at a financial institution I did not ask for. It was VERY OFF PUTTING. I asked him to run the options again and show all of the various institutions he received finance options from and learned we would save .25% by doing direct debit through the credit union they were pushing me towards. Even more off putting is at NO POINT did he ask if I wanted their financing or to proceed with my own financing I had secured. In my opinion, the business manager had one job, and he was not very forthright with me. Aside from the final business, I am really pleased with my experience, but do certainly urge customers to read all the fine print and keep your ears open when it comes down to the final deal. If you can, definitely ask for Jason! More
