October 2022, I trade my Vehicle in for used ram truck and sign 7 years payment plan. So, I got 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab SWB 4WD with 106,000 miles so I got it for $33,000 then I added wheels and t and sign 7 years payment plan. So, I got 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab SWB 4WD with 106,000 miles so I got it for $33,000 then I added wheels and tires and rim cover. went back and got rim/ tires fix with no power in 2023. Now 2026 I'm trying contact them to get my rim and tires fix try email and call them many time No answer or AI answer then transfer and once again no answer then I hold of the service desk ask to speak to the high up supervised she told me they have call me back once again no phone. I was thinking upgrade my truck I guess I'm not planning to use Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Ram of Woodbridge VA anymore. More

Had a great experience with Draven pleasant clean cars very smooth experience in buying a car. However, in the process of getting the car registered the dealership has been uncooperative slow to help and very smooth experience in buying a car. I required 2 additional temporary tags due to the dealerships slow behavior and had not even started the paperwork until I asked a month later. In 2019 I purchased a 2019 dodge charger from this dealership. With the purchase of the vehicle I bought an AMTrust life time warranty. I discovered today that the radiator leak was not covered becaus dealership. With the purchase of the vehicle I bought an AMTrust life time warranty. I discovered today that the radiator leak was not covered because the proper paperwork for the purchased warranty was never submitted. So, AMTrust has a record I purchased the warranty, and the Sales person at Oursman, Virginia, did not submit the warranty correctly, or at all. So, I have no warranty coverage. It appears I’m dealing with incompetence because both parties did not correct the issue of lack of proper documentation in over seven years; or it appears something ethically shady occurred so that I could not use the warranty I purchased. It appears I’m dealing with sub-standard integrity. I will be pursuing a full refund of the warranty I purchased seven years ago. If I had purchased a solid Mopar warranty, it is very unlikely I would be in this situation. Beware. More
