To fix your issue is to train your staff on proper customer service. Stop the boys club vibe of the reception area. Improve your process for contacting customers when you’re servicing their car by actually contacting them. Believe the contact information on the drop off envelope and not assume your computer data is more accurate. Stop saying you called or emailed or whatever when you know you haven’t. Very frustrating. Our phones track everything so stop lying. This is all I have to say on this subject. Hope you make improvements for your remaining customers.
