Overall it was a great experience with good service! Even though it was busy, I was waited on within a minute or two of my arrival. My service agent, Stephanie, was friendly, courteous and helpful. The customer waiting area was very clean and comfortable to wait in. I appreciated that. All the people I interacted with, while I was waiting, were very friendly. Dealership was very busy as usual. Everyone eas was pleasant and helpful. The only issue I had was my $5.00 coupon that I presented to the service desk was not applied to my bill.
