Great dealership to do business with. I had an issue with a maintenance contract and the finance department paid for my service out of their pocket to make it right. I worked for a competing BMW a few years ago and they never treated their customers this well. Also everyone there seems to like their job and speaks highly of the owner. Thats the exact opposite of the BMW dealer that I worked for. I have a certified preown 2018 bmw, the warranty doesnt cover and i have to paid for diagnostic for everithing go bad if they cannot find the problem, i cannot take a porter to drive test and show the prob cover and i have to paid for diagnostic for everithing go bad if they cannot find the problem, i cannot take a porter to drive test and show the problem cause the covid so my car have some problems, poor mechanic performance also they said they inflate tires and right outside the dealer the low tire warning come on More

Working with Soran and Lucy was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had, a process which I usually dread. The extended warranty and maintenance options were clearly explained and I felt minimal pressure. Paperwork was handled fast and efficiently. I contacted Soran a few days before heading to the dealership and he was very indulgent and responsive to my many questions, as I had to drive 100+ miles to Pacific BMW, well worth the drive for the excellent service we received. The dealership is clinically clean, as are all the facilities. The only complaint was the coffee machine was out of order! More
