Easy drop off for service and good communication through text. However, dealer texted me that car was ready for pickup and when I went there they told me to wait an additional 20 min so they could wash the text. Service has already been good in the past, but this time I couldn’t get any feedback from my service tech. I texted him and called repeatedly to be told “oh we think your car is ready we’ll call you back,” I couldn’t get any feedback from my service tech. I call back multiple times to find out if I can get my car and after waiting on hold for thirty minutes, I was told it was ready- 30 minutes before closing. It was pretty frustrating.
