Yesayi and Gary were the most enthusiastic, patient and kind people I ever deal with in a sales department. The car I decided to buy was supposed to be ready for this week but Yesayi made it happen and I w kind people I ever deal with in a sales department. i was told my car would be ready at noon, but it wasn’t ready until 3:30. i had planned to leave town for the weekend at 2. i would have simply rented a car if there was a potential delay but i was promise ready until 3:30. i had planned to leave town for the weekend at 2. i would have simply rented a car if there was a potential delay but i was promised that it would be ready by noon. no need to make false promises. just allow people to plan accordingly. very very disappointing experience.
