Very organized first oil change experience bringing my car to Pacific BMW, and they provided a loaner car, which I really appreciated. (Loaner car was was restricted to 75 miles of use per day, so probab car to Pacific BMW, and they provided a loaner car, which I really appreciated. The service was decent but the prices are too high. The biggest plus for me is that they provide you with a loaner.
