The gentlemen who got me started was very helpful and communicated the process very well. Things started off positive, but after over 3 hours of waiting for the oil change to conclude, I had to initiate communicated the process very well. Things started off positive, but after over 3 hours of waiting for the oil change to conclude, I had to initiate contact with the service team to inquire about the status of my car. It seems like the communication broke down somewhere in the process because I was told the service had been completed. I then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the carwash. I'd come back in for another try in the future, but currently, I would not feel comfortable recommending this service center. The team was personable and pleasant, but communication (particularly at the end of the process) is very important and I left feeling a bit disappointed with the experience. More

Deceptive practices. They provided me with an absolute, final price with the sales tax of CA (10.25%) included prior to my flight out there. After I flew out to the dea They provided me with an absolute, final price with the sales tax of CA (10.25%) included prior to my flight out there. After I flew out to the dealership from out of state, they changed that total price (supposedly based on my address in NV). Then after I reasoning with them, they reduced the total price of the vehicle to reflect the correct quoted amount over the telephone. By the time we were signing the contract, they rushed me out the door as it was almost 9pm and I had a long road trip ahead of me that they kept reminding me of. As we were signing the deal, I asked Lucy how exactly he changed the del, and she told me that he simply reduced the total sales amount for me to reflect the quoted price. What she failed to tell me, was that they increased the interest rate of the loan from 6.65% to0 7.25%. When I called the next day, they claimed that they went over this and that I should have paid attention to the deal. It is a matter of principalities. I can afford for them to lie and steal a little more money that the deal, but their evil ways will bring them a bad future. These are all deceptive people who should be avoided at all cost. It is in their best interest to change their evil ways, for the path of the evil doer does not end well.... More
