Service was ok except for the fact that I wanted windshield wiper blades replaced because they were smearing. They were replaced in January but did not hold up and needing replacement. as always worst service ever. kept my car for 3 days, did not have a loaner, and they couldn’t even find the problem to fix it. after 3 days got my car back with the same problem (not working A/C on a brand not have a loaner, and they couldn’t even find the problem to fix it. after 3 days got my car back with the same problem (not working A/C on a brand new car). will take my car anywhere else but Pacific bmw from now on. 2 stars I bought the car for a regular service because my tire pressure light was on. When I got the car back the lights were still on and I had a oil leak I bought the car for a regular service because my tire pressure light was on.
