Service Review The last time I was in for a service, I had made an appointment in advance and still waited for an hour and half for the service area to bring my car The last time I was in for a service, I had made an appointment in advance and still waited for an hour and half for the service area to bring my car down, so I wasn't too excited about going in yesterday. However, Justin was amazing! He was very courteous and prompt about getting my car back quickly. He also spent some time with me, going over details of my inspection. I truly hope BMW doesnt change my service advisor again, because Justin was great!! More

They got everything right. The tires for my car were proving hard to find so with trepidation I scheduled a tire appointment at the dealer.
