Costly I took my car in for a regularly scheduled service. The estimate was incredibly high, equal to the value of the car. I was not able to have all the recommended repairs performed because it would not make sense to spend the equivalent of the car's worth on repairs. They were willing to work with me but I am still in shock at how much work was recommended and the price. The car is 8 years old with 88,000 miles. I expect a BMW to be more durable. More

Open Recall Service @ Home I got a call 2 days ago from Pacific BMW telling me that there were 2 open recalls (both fire risk) related to my car and they could send next morning I got a call 2 days ago from Pacific BMW telling me that there were 2 open recalls (both fire risk) related to my car and they could send next morning a technician to replace the faulty parts at my home. Of course, all free of charge. Next morning, Erick showed up and did the work (a few hours). Both the lady on the phone (sadly, I do not remember the name) and the technician were super polite and helpful. It was a really good customer experience. More
