Notified 4 hours later Re flat tire. Did not put air, to drive to repair shop. Put air in tire , but I had to go around the block and come back! wait 120 minutes for lease end inspection. I had appointment drive to repair shop. Put air in tire , but I had to go around the block and come back! wait 120 minutes for lease end inspection. Quick and innovative My husband realized his car's tires were not keeping the air so we drove it to Pacific BMW without having an appointment and Henry B was very welcomin My husband realized his car's tires were not keeping the air so we drove it to Pacific BMW without having an appointment and Henry B was very welcoming and took care of us. We were given a loaner car right away and it only took 2 days for the tires to arrive. Also we loved getting the inspection video. That was very innovative and was able to see who was fixing the car.
