Just Plain Awesome! I just purchased a BMW X3 here yesterday and had such an amazing experience! Emilio was my salesperson, and I don't have enough kind words for him! I just purchased a BMW X3 here yesterday and had such an amazing experience! Emilio was my salesperson, and I don't have enough kind words for him! He was very patient and took the time to really listen to me and my mom as we came in not knowing exactly what I wanted and just throwing out a bunch of different things and qualities in a vehicle that I would like to have. After a while and a few test drives, we found my perfect BMW! He did everything he could to really get us the best deal! We then met Ray who dealt with all the financial things and paperwork, and man was he a joy to work with! He lightened the mood on something that could have been super boring and stressful to deal with! They were an awesome team! Everyone we encountered that worked there was awesome! (We only encountered one rude girl who was apparently a customer there and really came off as very entitled)...other than the rude girl, everything else was amazing! More

In and out in 2 hours Pacific emailed me about my expiring lease, asked me if I wanted to lease another bmw and if so what kind of a car; I gave them my specification inclu Pacific emailed me about my expiring lease, asked me if I wanted to lease another bmw and if so what kind of a car; I gave them my specification including car, color, options, how much I was willing to pay, etc. Also gave them some comparison points from other dealers. In half a day, I had an email that they had exactly what I wanted. I went it, turned in my old lease, and picked up the new one! 2 hours, no meeting with finance department, no haggling over price, nothing. It was awesome More

Shame on center bmw , cz when i first time took my car to them and i told them i hear some noise from brake pod and the brake rotors it’s not a in good condition they told me let ud drive your car and let’s find out after couple of minutes they came back and keep Telling me like it’s ok like that it’s normal :)) i was like wait a minute what do you mean that it’s normal .. it’s a long story) but now i am happy with you guys again thank you love you guys More

They have a synchronized system in place that allows the customer to feel that his/her time is their priority. If for any reason you have to wait a few minutes, their lobby is supplied with free snacks and drinks. The only drink missing is good coffee. More

Quality control issues cause big delay When I purchased my lease return, there was a significant scratch on the driver side fender which the salesmen assured me they would fix after the pur When I purchased my lease return, there was a significant scratch on the driver side fender which the salesmen assured me they would fix after the purchase. I drop the car off less than a week after I bought it and was told it would take 5 days to repair the fender. At the end of the week, I find out there is a quality control issue and it will take another week to get me my car. After almost 3 weeks, the car is finally returned to me with an empty tank. I returned the loaner, which was a small class car that the one I purchased, with a full tank. While the service person, Monica, was friendly, courteous and helpful, the repair process she represented set unreliable expectation. I would have also appreciated a similar class loaner to have to use for 3 weeks without the class of car I just purchased. More
