Terrible customer service to a 30 years client. I was charged for a work assessment that the insurance claim officer did. I never ask for the dealer to do one. Then I was charge 2 extra days for a c I was charged for a work assessment that the insurance claim officer did. I never ask for the dealer to do one. Then I was charge 2 extra days for a courtesy car while I was deciding go through the insurance or fix it myself. I tried to have a superviser look at the situation AND JUST ASK NOT TO BE CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA 2 DAYS LOANER.His response was very condescending an refused to even consider it. I guess 10 cars in a row leased to BMW are not important to management. More
