I got the car that I wanted at a great price and service The minute I got to Pacific BMW I was welcome and asked if I need it any assistance. I told them about the car that I was looking for so I was asked to wait in their nice lobby while a salesperson can come to meet me. Great coffee by the way in their lounge area. Not after too long Rene showed up. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me a few colors of the car I was looking for and told me about the different options and pricing. I don’t want this review to be much longer than needs to be. What I can said is that it took us one week to find the car that I wanted and at a discounted price. After closing my deal at the dealership Rene gave me a quick walk through of my new car asking me to come back in a week to follow up and keep learning on how to maximize my driving experience on my new car. Has been only three days since my purchased, BMW have sent me a couple of helpful emails about my new car. All of this helps to get more and more familiar not only with my car but with the BMW family and the way that they operate, so far by going the extra mile. Thank you Pacific BMW. More

Great experience! We were interested in test driving and potentially leasing a new car. My one complaint is that I was told that the car would be ready at 4pm and we did not get out of the dealership until close to 9pm. 5 hours was a long time to sit around and do nothing. Specially since it was on my only day off that week. Also, I do love my new X2 and was aware of this before moving forward with leasing, but I really wish it came with blind spot monitoring as this beast has some crazy blind spots compared to other BMW models. All in all, I had a good experience and love my new car! Can't wait to get into another at lease end!! More
