A little expensive but worth it. Pacific BMW does great work. The service writers are polite and great at communicating what services you will receive at what price. I rarely get the Pacific BMW does great work. The service writers are polite and great at communicating what services you will receive at what price. I rarely get the feeling that they try to upsell unnecessary services. My car is always returned immaculately clean. Unfortunately last time they lost my key and I spent 45 minutes waiting for my car, but they were very concerned about it and apologized profusely. Really a first rate service experience. More

We started are paperwork via email so when we got to the dealership it was just a matter of test driving the car and making sure it was the one. Our initial interaction was with Armando. He was on it. We let him know what we were looking for and he got us exactly what we wanted. We wanted to come in when Armando was in a meeting so he referred us to Julio. Julio took the time to go over all of the options of the vehicle and followed up after to set up a time to go over all things we may have forgotten:) I would recommend this dealership to any of my friend and family.
