Horrible dealer and customer service I turned my lease and bought a CPO car from this dealer. I was interacting with Soran H. regarding a vehicle I was interested in. I made an appoi I turned my lease and bought a CPO car from this dealer. I was interacting with Soran H. regarding a vehicle I was interested in. I made an appointment to come in that weekend and was told that I'd be transferred over to Serj S. since he had the day off the day I'm supposed to come in, and will be in good hands. Serj, the sales manager was rude and unfriendly. As soon as I sat down, I felt a bad vide from him. His assistant, Angus Lee who was very helpful and friendly was who I interacted with the most. From the test drive to back and forth negotiates with Serj. When I was ready to sign the papers and was called into his office, I asked Serj if I can get my cargo mats cleaned and transfer over to my new vehicle, but he couldnt accomodate me for that. His response was, "the car is back from being detailed, sorry". I mean seriously? Then when I asked for some keychains from my keys, he started ranting about not wanting to be at work but was only here to cover for Soran H. What makes it even worse, when I got the car, the interior was still dirty. Liked it wasnt touched. Then, I noticed the power tailgate was making a crackling sound when the trunk opens and closes. I told Serj about it, and all he said was to bring it in for service. But adviced me that its highly likely that its not fixable. Really?! Not only that, when I got home from the dealer and was playing around with the settings in the car, the interior lighting wasnt turning on. I reached out to Soran H since he was the one I was interacting with from the beginning. Of course, he didn't answer any of my calls, when he finally did, he said he'll look into it and call me to schedule a service appointment. He never did. I love BMW and their products and never had a problem with the dealers I went to, but for some reason this one was far worse. Not coming back here ever! More

While walking through the mechanics area Kenny was keenly aware of trip hazards and bent down to move things out of our path. Risk managers use the term "highly reliable organizations" to mean teams developed to act to avoid harm events which Kenny clearly has been educated on. The loaner department was also exceptional. I was given a loaner that was clean and served me well. While working the paperwork I was asked to have a seat in the air conditioned waiting area rather than stay outside - another plus that was clearly educated to your staff. Bravo and well done! More
