Better experience from the first time I took my still under warranty 550i to Pacific BMW because the trunk was making a thumping noise upon opening and closing on June 3, 2019. It took them about 8hrs to notify me that they couldn’t hear anything coming from the trunk and gave me back my vehicle. I took it back the following week after I recorded the sound and this time they fixed the issue. Remy was my service rep the second time and I thought his customer service was excellent. He really tried to make amends for what happened the prior week and never tried to make excuses for what the service team failed to do last time. I will definitely request for Remy for any services I will need in the future. More

Kept waiting way to o long to finalize a very easy deal I arrived at Friday 11.45 for my 12 noon meeting with the salesperson. I left at 6pm with one of the 2 cars I leased. The car had dents and was told t I arrived at Friday 11.45 for my 12 noon meeting with the salesperson. I left at 6pm with one of the 2 cars I leased. The car had dents and was told those would be "noted" for lease end purposes but could not be compensated for. I was frustrated but decided not to challenge the decision to leave with the car. The other car had a severe dent and paint damage which was unacceptable to me and left the car at the dealer. It is Monday and I still have not been notified what the dealer is doing but WAS notified to bring the first car back to fix the minor damage. The dealer is an hour drive. The one car had a recall on it and was frustrated that they would even be selling me a car in recall. I was never even offered a bite to eat even though they kept me there over 6 hours. I used to love shopping for my vehicles at Pacific BMW but will be very hesitant to return. No way to treat a long term multi car buyer. More
