Great Service Experience & Manager Manny Rocks!! I came in last week June '19 and had a few basic issues (strange noises etc.) alongside my cars first service, upon explaining my issues Manny Rocks!! I came in last week June '19 and had a few basic issues (strange noises etc.) alongside my cars first service, upon explaining my issues Manny quickly had the mechanic foreman come for a ride along where I got detailed descriptions of the noises I thought were issues; car was serviced and issues resolved in half a day while I was given the brand new G20 3-series to check out. Service with a Smilw I had to bring my 325i in for a couple of factory recalls. Aime was nice and very knowledgeable. Worst Service I brought my brand new 530e in because the car lowered the windows by itself in the middle of the night while it was raining. The car had water damage I brought my brand new 530e in because the car lowered the windows by itself in the middle of the night while it was raining. The car had water damages and threw errors in the main display. After two weeks your service told me that they couldn't find anything but they will call an engineer from BMW USA who I was told also didn't find anything. They asked me if I want to pay for the damages out of pocket or involve my insurance. I filed a claim with BMW USA and their team told me that my car was never inspected by an engineer from BMW USA! Your service advisor, Amie Gasabyan, lied to me. I also brought my car in before (after just owning it for a month) for a similar issue involving the trunk. Mrs. Gasabyan told me the same thing but was also confirmed from BMW USA that my car was never inspected based on their records. Long story short, all of this took over 5 month! I got my car back after 5 month and after having a loaner, a rental car and another rental car! I'll never come back to your dealership! More
