Fast & Super Easy I called Luke Latham to let him know what car I was looking at and before I arrived the car was sitting and ready. After we put the agreed upon deal together with Arsen, I went to Lucy in Finance and then left. It was the fastest and easiest ever car purchase as well as the fact that after fully researching, it was the best deal around. Shortly after I left the dealership and drove home, Luke arrived with my new car shortly thereafter. He then went over the entire car. Best sales experience ever Regards More

For the Customer I only wish I had come to Pacific BMW sooner. For years I've been going to another local BMW dealership for service. My experience with this other loc I only wish I had come to Pacific BMW sooner. For years I've been going to another local BMW dealership for service. My experience with this other local BMW dealership is that (even when the car is under warranty) they don't find or fix the problem/s. Out of pure frustration I took my BMW to Pacific BMW and they fixed it right away. I'm also very happy with my service rep, Galo. Thank you for restoring my faith in BMW!!! More
