Tire inspection problematic I took my vehicle in to have a leak in my back tire fixed. The first time I dropped it off the mechanic said we could find a leak it looks good and h I took my vehicle in to have a leak in my back tire fixed. I returned my vehicle and asked them to do the proper test on the back tire. They did. I had to buy new tire. When I picked up my car I drove it back home and when I checked the tire pressure Each tire had a different tire pressure.33,30,34 43! Ridiculous and evidence of a lack of quality control. What a bummer especially since I had requested for this tire to be fixed months ago . More

Oil Change I had a simple oil change. When I got the car back - the check engine light was on, all my settings were erased from the car, I had to reset the tire I had a simple oil change. When I got the car back - the check engine light was on, all my settings were erased from the car, I had to reset the tire settings (nobody told me). I have to get the car back to the dealer to have the check engine light issue resolved. Real Pain More

Not only did the sales team do their research to determine which vehicles I would want to look at prior to my arrival, but Serj made sure that I found the best vehicle for a price I could afford. I absolutely love my new car - the 430i. Serj made the paperwork process quick and painless. I felt that the sales team overall has created a very efficient process, so customers are in and out quickly.
