Overall GREAT service by Nelli who sold us the car. Great service by John at the service center. However, my car has been parked at the service center longer than it has been parked at my house. Per la Great service by John at the service center. However, my car has been parked at the service center longer than it has been parked at my house. Per last inspection, part needs to be ordered (which is back order) and it will take several weeks for the part to arrive. I was told that it may take weeks or months. I have to pay my payment and unknown how long my car will be at the service center. BMW needs to order my same exact package or fix my car ASAP. Not my problem, you guys sold me a car with issues. More
