Pacific BMW - Service Center

It is always great working with Jesus Q. Unfortunately he was gone for most of the service days that my car was there. On Friday (the day I dropped the car off at 7:30am) I was to have four Unfortunately he was gone for most of the service days that my car was there. Unfortunately there was a delay in the tires and I was asked to come to the service dept to get a loaner for the weekend. The loan service clerk was friendly enough, the only slight I felt was in receiving a 228i (four door, FWD) as my loaner. I was told “what kind of car do you want? Oh wait, I see that you have a two series.” The build quality and feel of the loaner that I received was much much lower than my fully spec’ed 230i with M trim. So that tarnished the three days that I had the loaner. It just wasn’t a great ride and experience to drive this BMW. Additionally, a different service person took over the case, and on Monday when I asked for an update on getting my car back, I was told that I would be informed when to come pick it up. Unfortunately, at the end of Monday, I was told that the car still would not be ready. And to come back the next day. More
