Marco Fausto, was an Excellent Service Coordinator! I took my car in for a Front right tire replacement, and when he checked all the tires, he found that 2 of them were unsafe, and had damage. After arriving with an appointment, and having the number placed on my car, I waited 20 minutes in the car. At that point I asked a service attendant walking by for help. He contacted Manuel and told me he placed on my car, I waited 20 minutes in the car. At that point I asked a service attendant walking by for help. He contacted Manuel and told me he would be right with me. He shortly came to my car and was very nice about helping me with two setting I needed help with. However, at the end of the visit he told me my car would be right down and it was another 20 minute wait. More
