Paul Rubin is the only mechanic I will take my car to After moving to Philly, I bought my first car from Pacifico Ford. These large dealers can be hit or miss. Some people on both the sales and service side don't necessarily live up to what you would expect. Paul Rubin is the best mechanic I have ever worked with. He is communicative, responsive, and pays attention to detail. He goes above and beyond what is required. When my car came in for emergency service, he made sure to clean the car for me before I arrived, just to make sure I was happy. This kind of customer service is sorely lacking in today's world. The work that was completed was thorough and done timely. I will never bring my car to any mechanic other than Paul, should he choose to stay in this profession. He has a customer for life. More
