Paul Rubin was the service manager who helped me out with my truck,, he actually took an interest in figuring out what was wrong with it, he kept me up to date all the time while it was there being fixed and finally since it had to be kept overnight, got me a loaner car to use and even spent time with me making sure i was comfortable using the new car i was loaned.. Every time I've been to Pacifico i have yet to have an issue with anybody there ! More

I had heard stories from friends and famil I walked into the dealership expecting to have to endure a long, drawn out process for buying my first car. I had heard stories from friends and family describing horrific events that they experienced at other dealerships. I started to believe that I would have a story similar, but that was not my experience at all!!!! I bought my vehicle from Alex. He made this process simply, exceptional. From his witty humor, to his explanation of the vehicles technology and safety features. It was almost like he built the car specifically to all my wants and needs. After working with Alex, I can honestly say I have found my "CAR GUY" for life. I would 100% recommend him to everyone and anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

The one issue I had with my service experience may have been beyond Paul's or Pacifico's control - I didn't need a rental when I dropped my car off, but then found I needed one later that day. I was frustrated to learn that for complimentary rentals due to a recall-related repair (at least that was my situation), Ford only lets you rent Ford vehicles. Even though the Enterprise near me had lots of vehicles, I wasn't able to rent a car, which resulted in a four-hour round trip bus ride to an important appointment. That was a frustrating afternoon. But again, maybe beyond Pacifico's control. The issues with my car are gone as far as I can tell and I'll definitely consider Pacifico and Paul for future service needs. More
Service engine light was on and Pacifico Ford had it serviced and off within a few hours and it was all covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and dropped my car off early at the service department to Bryan Delong. Within two hours all of problems were solved and got a rebate on a front end alignment which was much needed with driving the city streets. I would like to give a big shout out to Bryan as he greeted me and then texted and communicated with me during the whole process. More

Bait and switch Advertised 1 car, called twice to make sure it was there they said yes when I arrived 15 minutes later from NJ they couldn't find it then tried to sel Advertised 1 car, called twice to make sure it was there they said yes when I arrived 15 minutes later from NJ they couldn't find it then tried to sell me a different used car that was over $2000 more then the one I wanted to see. 3 hours later and excuse after excuse never could find the car I came to see and was assured was right there, then offered me $500 for my car stating KBB said it was worth that and I know it said $2500 and printed it and also searched 4 cars before I got there and the one they were trying to hook me with KBB said it was $2700 less then what they were trying to hook me for. STAY AWAY More
