Excellent customer service! Went here to get my oil changed and tires rotated today. I thought it would be a long morning as saturdays tend to be busy at this location, however, I received professional and timely service from the staff, particularly from Sean Mellon. He was attentive and friendly, and made me seem like his only customer when in reality the place was very busy as usual. Also really enjoyed the complimentary pretzels for the customers! More

Excellent Service I took my 2012 Ford Fusion for service because a power steering issue. Words can't express how much Bryan helped me. Everything from keeping me updated on the repair on the car to giving me mea discount on the car battery (needed a new because it was the original battery ). Very accomodating Took my '14 Focus ST for Inspection/Emissions and a tire swap from winter to summer. They suggested an alignment and tire balance, which I was not su Took my '14 Focus ST for Inspection/Emissions and a tire swap from winter to summer. They suggested an alignment and tire balance, which I was not surprised about. They also took care of a couple of minor recalls and did some reprogramming on the electronics. On picking up the car, I found two issues: the clock wasn't working and the front right bumper wasn't seated properly. Since this was the first I had noticed either of these issues, I contacted them and set up to bring the car back in. My service agent, Bryan, was wonderful. There was no reason that any of the work they did should have messed up the bumper, but Bryan listened patiently to my concerns and took the car back in to be fixed. When I picked the car up, he showed me the origin of the bumper problem--I had scraped the bottom of the bumper, probably running it up against the top of a curb. I did remember that happening months ago, but had never before noticed any misalignment (and, believe me, I would have seen it immediately if it was there). Perhaps it was bumped on the lift or encountered some torsion that finally popped it out of alignment, but, honestly, it was ultimately my doing. Even so, they reset the bumper for free and, of course, fixed the clock problem. They showed quite a bit of integrity and good will in dealing with me and now they have a customer for life.
