Neal Bauer Neal was very helpful, easy going, and not pushy. A used SUV was purchased and seems to be in fine working order. This may have been a backlog with the finance person or something like that, but my experience with other dealers is that the salespeople help each other out and move things along. I suggest Pacifico maybe invest a little in automation or process improvements as I saw other customers standing around also waiting for paperwork.
