First time buying a brand new car! Of course being a first time buyer, the experience was stressful. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. I was worried that I would not be able to afford a car payment along with insurance, but I drive about 80 miles a day back and forth from work so I definitely needed a car I could rely on. Mike Henkin, a salesman at Pacifico Ford, took the time to listen to my worries, answered all of my questions, and seemed to actually care and understand my worries. I purchased the car in November and happy that I did. Mike Henkin is the best. He advised me on what additional insurance was necessary. Any problems I encountered after the purchase, I called Mike and he always took care of it. I admire his honesty and his commitment to his customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car because of Mike Henkin. Of the few employees I had to deal with, Mike Henkin was the only one who got the job done! They got me the car I wanted without trying to upsell me or lure me in with one vehicle/deal and then switch to something else once I came in, which some other local dealerships tried to do. They were very quick to respond to my emails and very thorough in their answers. At the dealership the salespeople were very friendly and helpful. I was not talked down to (as happens so often being a single woman buying a car) or pressured in any way (which was a welcome change from other dealerships as well). My only note for improvement is that there didn't seem to be very solid communication between the internet sales rep and the in person salesman - I had to pull up emails as they didn't have all my details in the system, and when I came in for my appointments (once to test drive, another to buy) they didn't seem to have my paperwork in order or be ready for me despite my scheduling in advance. Also I had to ask someone to go over all the final numbers with me as I think everyone I talked to thought someone else had already done that. Those are very minor quibbles though, and overall I would consider the Pacifico process to be as painless as car buying can possibly be. More
