Awesome Experience I've recently purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus with Charles at Pacifico Ford. This was a wonderful first time experience. Not only was Charles helpful and I've recently purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus with Charles at Pacifico Ford. This was a wonderful first time experience. Not only was Charles helpful and informative, he was very patient and kind. I found my car of choice pretty quickly, however, ended up needing a little time to put down larger deposit. That was a roller-coaster ride on my end, but they worked with me and negotiated a price that was more than satisfying!! I also got to "test the car out" the week while I gathered the payment!! The entire process was overall smooth. Everyone was patient and helpful. I didn't feel forced into buying, and for me that was a major plus! I am giving my highest recommendation! More
