Great Customer Service I needed an inspection and oil change with one day to spare and my dealership service department could not accommodate me. I spoke to Paul on the phon I needed an inspection and oil change with one day to spare and my dealership service department could not accommodate me. I spoke to Paul on the phone and he was very honest that they were busy but willing to accommodate me if I could leave my vehicle for the day. When I arrived, everyone was so pleasant and made me feel right at home. On top of that, my mother's car was also accept for emergency service at the same time and a shuttle took us both home. I am definitely considering using this service for all non-warranty items. More

Good Service at Pacifico I purchased my car at Holman Ford in Maple Shade, NJ, but I live in PA, so I need to have my car inspected in PA. I have one of the better service co I purchased my car at Holman Ford in Maple Shade, NJ, but I live in PA, so I need to have my car inspected in PA. I have one of the better service coverage packages (bought with the car) so it is worth my while to take it to a dealer rather than just a service station for the inspection. The folks at Pacifico are top notch! I was able to get an appointment that fit perfectly into my schedule, and considering I found out that I needed an alignment in addition to the inspection, I was in and out of the facility in about 3 hours which wasn't bad at all. The waiting lounge is comfortable and equipped to allow patrons to work using WiFi/laptops, etc., and there is no shortage of soft pretzels from the Philly Pretzel Factory! The employees are very welcoming and they keep you in the loop as far as the progress that is being made on your vehicle while you wait. I will definitely go back to Pacifico. More
