We just knew our limits and our basic needs. Rocky helped us work things down to a narrow list from across the whole Pacifico lineup (Mazda, Ford, Hyundai). He kept working to save us money and keep us from making a mistake. "You told me it couldn't be too big. This one's gonna be too big. You'd regret it." "You told me you didn't want to spend too much. With the extras, you're gonna go over on that one." He saved us money. He found us a perfect fit. He consulted, rather than sold. Like your own dad was helping you find a car. You'll love him. Dave Waz wasn't just fair in our trade-in. He was generous. What a great guy. And for Jay Singer, all I can say is: trust this man. He sells from the heart, and if he says it's good for you, it's good for you. He wants you back for the next sale and the one after that. He showed me what I had believed I wanted but then asked me to test drive the Ford Edge based on what I had explained I was looking for. He was 100% right - he knew what I wanted better than I did. As with my first visit to Pacifico, I was extremely pleased with how friendly yet professional Dan and the entire team were. Customer service is completely top notch and it's easy to see they look at it as top priority. Not a question if i would recommend Dan - I already have. More

He always was the first one to wish us a happy birthday every year. He is the best sales rep we have dealt with. On January 28,2015, we needed Rocky's service again. We began the process of purchasing a Ford Fusion at 2:00 and at 8:15 we left with the car. It was a very busy day at the dealership. Rocky made the wait time very enjoyable. Fast repair time for recall repair I have known Bob for 7 years. He has been my service advisor since I purchased my first car from Pacifico in 2008. I brought my 2008 Ford Crown Vict I have known Bob for 7 years. He has been my service advisor since I purchased my first car from Pacifico in 2008. I brought my 2008 Ford Crown Victoria in today for service due to a recall on parts in the upper portion of the steering shaft. I got there just before 4 PM. The replacement parts were ready and waiting as promised and Bob had my car finished in about an hour, which was way under his initial estimate of 2-3 hours! Bob handles servicing for all of my vehicles and is always pleasant and patient when answering questions and is always diligent on following up with any concerns I might have. More
