I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a car that day…but I did. Carlo made the whole process incredibly easy, was very patient, and did not pressure me into buying something if I wasn't sure. He established a rapport with me that felt like old friends. On a whole, he was truly accommodating, knowledgeable, and respectful through the whole process.
