I was very nervous, as this was my first car. I spoke to Tyrell when I came into the dealership he was so nice to me and my husband. He got us a good deal on a used car. We ran into issues because my car di Tyrell when I came into the dealership he was so nice to me and my husband. He got us a good deal on a used car. We ran into issues because my car did not have the correct doors on the passenger side, we called Tyrell at 10pm in the evening when we realized that the doors would not lock. He told us to bring the car back in to the dealership, which we did. Once we got the car back into the dealership the mechanics could not figure out right away what the problem was so Tyrell arranged for me to have a rental for 11 days until they got my car fixed. Tyrell even offered me another car in the place of this vehicle at the same monthly payment that my loan was going to be, but I really wanted the vehicle that I had originally chosen. When I finally came back to pickup up the car I had brand new tires and an alarm system as well. Tyrell is a great dealer and he knows his job well.He even called me two months later to wish me a happy birthday. I will be going back to trade in my car for another in few months and I will be going back to Tyrell. Great man, great customer service. He made my car well worth the wait for the 11 days to get my car that I love. Thank You Tyrell!!. More
