We were referred to Gary Holmes by my brother John Vece. I called Gary the morning of Memorial Day to see if he was in and I left a voicemail for him. Gary called me back within 30 minutes or so, I told hi I called Gary the morning of Memorial Day to see if he was in and I left a voicemail for him. Gary called me back within 30 minutes or so, I told him that I needed to buy a car today - he said "ok, I'lll be waiting for you.". Sure enough when we got there and he was there and ready to help me and my husband drive out in a car that day. When I walked into the dealship I immediately felt comfortable as I thought of my dad who bought ALL his cars from Pacifico. My husband and I gave Gary some challenges and he was very patient and polite and answered all of my questions. He successfully solidified the financing and we drove out that day in a 2013 Ford Taurus - mission accomplished! We also ran into another couple at Pacific Mazda who just started shopping and we happily told them to go talk with Gary Holmes as our experience with him thus far had been great! I will continue to refer Gary and hopefully buy my next car from him. Buying a car can be stressful but Gary was able to make our experience (almost) stress free! Because of Mr. Holmes' overall customer service of his responsiveness, his ability to listen to our needs and concerns, his patience & politeness are only some of the reasons I can happily rate him and his services to us as "GREAT"! I arrived at Pacifico Ford with a desire to purchase a new car. I was nervous, but very anxious about the possible purchase and didnt know what to expect. This was the first time I ever stepped foot in a car dealership. I was referred by my father to ask for Mr Gary Holmes. I was greeted by Mr Homes who was friendly and very attentive. He made the process very smooth. The process was long but he kept me in the loop as to what was going on. He worked very hard to find financing for me. I know I didnt have the best credit, but he treated me like I had A1 credit and assited me in purchasing a vehicle I was and still am very happy with. I wasn't expecting to leave the dealership in a new car, but i did!!! He took the time to explain all the features in my 2013 Fusion and helped me set up my Ford account on line. He was able to answer all of my questions and went an extra mile to make sure all was needed in order for me to get the car. Im sure he treats all of his customers this way but he made me feel special and I will never forget the service recieved and the pleasant atmosphere at the delaership. Getting by without a car is easily done when living in Center City Philadelphia;however, now that we are moving to the suburbs we needed a car. We only came to window shop but left buying a new car. We were so appreciative to have the pleasure and LUCK to be guided by Earl Hill. His expertise, practicality, and patience was what we needed. Every time he took us out for a test drive, he presented us with all the information we needed and could ever ask for. It was great! We loved driving thru the "PIT" to get a true sense of the car's performance. Earl Hill is an honorable and fantastic person to work with, his patience is admirable. He immediately felt like a dear friend who wants the best for you. After changing our minds a couple of times because we needed to stay under a specific budget, Earl carefully laid out for us our estimated monthly payment while giving us options we had not even considered. We are very thankful for Earl's experience, he made buying a car enjoyable and STRESS FREE ! If we ever want to buy a car again we will definitely comeback and get Earl's help. We will also recommend him to all our friends. Overall, Pacifico Ford was a lovely environment to be in. Everyone seemed relaxed and happy (i.e. customers and sales representatives included).
