Tyrell Nolan was respectful, patient and is a great young man. When there was a mix up with my getting new plates he remembered n stuck up for me even though I had signed not looking that a new tag charge wa man. He got Larry Ferrell to talk to me who was also very respectful and explained things to me. At first we had a confusion in terms regarding "expired tags" vs "expired registration". Once we were on the same page he patiently explained I could get my old tags if they had sentimental value to me and that there would be some sort of a refund. Both Tyrell and Larry were easy to talk to. I put off buying a new truck cause I dislike dealing with salesmen but they made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend these two gentlemen to any of my friends looking for a new Ford vehicle. The only thing I did not feel comfortable with in my dealings with Pacifico was Shadi Dandan. He was unprofessional. He did not listen to anything I had to say. He would interrupt me and keep repeating same facts over again. Since financing is not my forte, I brought my daughter along who was a business major and is a purchaser for a large corp. I understand he needs to do his best for Pacifico for a deal but he should be making me feel like I am getting something of a good deal. He never answered any of our questions. Again he just kept going over same things. Your dealership was the only one in my area who had the color and exact truck I wanted or Shadi would have killed the deal for you. Tyrell is an awesome and mature young man. I wish him all the best as he grows in your business! More

Dan Staley was one of the most professional people I have ever worked with, I have bought many cars and have never had such a pleasurable experience. I was very pleased with my recent sales experience at Pacifico Ford. I was looking for a particular color in a Ford Escape with a few select options. During the buying experience, the Pacifico Team discovered what appeared to be a defect in the paint of the vehicle which was not discovered until the SUV had been washed and detailed. I was very impressed in how they handled this situation. They explained that they did not want to sell me the SUV in it's current condition because it did not meet their quality standards. They were going to see what they could do about repairing this. Neil also went to great lengths to find another Escape with the same color and options. To my satisfaction, they were able to resolve the condition of the paint and explained how they did this. I found their honesty refreshing in telling me the SUV did not meet their quality standards. Another dealership might have just sold me the vehicle without pointing out the defects. Mark Morton responded to my internet request quickly and Tracey Scott offered sound advice on what options were available for the extended warrenty and reviewing all the financial paperwork. I would certainly recommend Pacifico Ford to anyone who is looking for a Ford dealership that put the best interests of their customers in mind. More
