I am the owner of a 2013 GMC Terrain which I purchased in New Jersey Sept 2013. Being a resident of Pennsylvania, I needed to have my vehicle inspected in the state in which my vehicle is registered. I looke New Jersey Sept 2013. Being a resident of Pennsylvania, I needed to have my vehicle inspected in the state in which my vehicle is registered. I looked in the Yellow Pages and found Pacifico Ford 6701 Essington Ave, which I selected because of it's location (Close to where I work) This was my first encounter with Tom Whitte. He was very professional and courteous on the phone and was even more of a professional in person. He took care of my inspection and also a synthetic oil change. I was very happy with the service I received. I had to go out of town the end of the week for a family matter. I wanted to prep my Terrain for the road. I called the dealer where I purchased my vehicle. I was upset that they couldn't fit me in for service. I called Tom Whitte and left a message. He promptly returned my call and got my Terrain in for service the next morning. Not only did he take care of the oil change, he made reccomendations for NitroFill which I did get. He did an all points check and got me on my way in no time. I am now convinced that Tom is a true professional and friend. He is an asset to the Pacifico Ford Co.I am glad that I chose him for my auto needs. I will drop his name to my family and friends for their service needs.
