I have been purchasing cars from Gary Holmes for over 25yrs now. Family and friends that I have recommended to Gary have consistantly continued to go back to Pacifico Ford and request Gary's service and 25yrs now. Family and friends that I have recommended to Gary have consistantly continued to go back to Pacifico Ford and request Gary's service and purchase cars as well over the years. The service that we receive from Gary is second to none. My family alone has purchased eleven vehicles. He is very knowledgable of the vehicles and very patient in explaining the functions. If there is more information needed pertaining to a specific function, Gary will be sure to have a member of the staff assist and the staff is always so helpful. Gary is very friendly and cutomers that I don't know personally say the exact same thing. My car notes have always been afordable and each time that I visit Pacifico Ford I am greeted with professional and very friendly staff. We, meaning (myself, family and friends) will continue to enjoy the service of Gary Holmes and the staff at Pacifico Ford. More

Can you say very happy and satisified in the same sentence.I can after going to Pacifico and getting my 2010 Ford Fusion.From the moment i walked in the door i was greeted with a firm handshake and i sentence.I can after going to Pacifico and getting my 2010 Ford Fusion.From the moment i walked in the door i was greeted with a firm handshake and introduced my salesman Gabi.Although he told me he is new to the business i didnt believe him because he had good knowledge of the vechiles in the lot and was able to answer all questions i had for him.I was impressed with the way he worked with the sales manager and helped me get the best deal.he kept in constant communication with me and let me know the next move.Gabi and Larry are great people and treated he very good.I would not only recommend this dealer but i would highly recommend the salesman Gabi.He was willing to help me with the sales managers Larry and Shadi with everything that they could.I am one happy customer. there are a couple things i liked most about pacifico. i was greeted with a smile. they checked my lights and battery in front of me. pointed out my license plate bulb was out.( i took care of it myself eas was greeted with a smile. they checked my lights and battery in front of me. pointed out my license plate bulb was out.( i took care of it myself easy to do). i was able to walk around and check out the cars without overly aggressive salesmen attacking at ever car i looked. had that experience before at other dealerships. before i knew it bob found me in the showroom and my car was done. i manage a electronics retail store and i always train my sales team to be personalable. pacifico does just that. i will be back. My experience at Pacifico Ford was an excellent experience. I initially went for a test drive and was introduced to the salesman, Mr. Earl Hill He was very gracious and appeared very eager to tak experience. I initially went for a test drive and was introduced to the salesman, Mr. Earl Hill He was very gracious and appeared very eager to take me on the test drive and while deiving, he explained all the features of the car. I own a 2004 Ford Escape and was very impressed with the floor model which was a 2011. After my test drive, I let Mr. hill know that I wanted my husband to come and complete all the paperwork with me. He let me know that I could come back when it was convenient for us late that evening. We came back and the process to complete the deal went very smoothly. I would recommend Pacifico Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford car. More
