My sales person "Dan Staley" greeted me at the door and then proceeded to show me numerous vehicles while explaining in detail some pros and cons when shopping for a new or used vehicle. He wasn't pushy like some salesmen and that made me very comfortable. His knowledge of the vehicles and friendliness also made me feel at ease as I was about to make a big decision. He worked some figures for me and had my Ford Five Hundred appraised and we went from there. I decided on a 2012 Ford Escape and Dan took the time to explain all my options and even though it was clean to my eyes, sent it over for another detailing and filled the tank which was awesome. So, from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off in my new vehicle, I was treated like family. I don't think a salesman walked past me without saying Hello. Being treated this way again and again is why I choose Pacifico Ford for all my vehicles. Keep up the good work !! More

Jorge is truly a professional. He took time to explain the various options of the 2 vehicles we came to see. He is friendly and engaging and helped pass the time we had to wait for the paperwork to be co the various options of the 2 vehicles we came to see.
